Take it from someone who has actually run a sustained business with all the various devices around... there is NO BETTER money-maker out there in the entertainment vending industry than coin-op weighing machines. We've operated plush-toy crane machines, candy pinball machines, bulk vending, kiddie-rides and video games.
It took us years before we ventured a "test run" with coin-operated scales. After having expanded this "test" run to several dozen scales and after having tried them for a period of nearly two years, we have been pleasantly surprized, even SHOCKED at how much better an investment they have been in comparison to the alternatives.
